Terms of Use
These terms apply to the free Scale My Image image-upscaling service.
Permitted use
You may use the service to process images you own or have permission to use. You must not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual-property rights, abuse infrastructure, bypass limits or interfere with other users.
No guarantee of image quality
AI enhancement is probabilistic and image quality varies by source. We do not guarantee that an output will be accurate, print-ready, artifact-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Review every result before relying on it.
Availability and limits
We may impose file-size, resolution, request-frequency or other technical limits to keep the service reliable. We may temporarily restrict or suspend access in response to abuse, excessive automated traffic, maintenance or infrastructure problems.
Privacy and sensitive material
The current tool does not save uploads to a Scale My Image application database or R2 bucket, but processing uses Cloudflare infrastructure. Do not submit confidential, legally restricted or highly sensitive images.
Changes
We may change the free service, introduce paid features, modify limits or update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
